  2. Why would you change the default to news feed. This encourages me to go to another service!

    If your going to change the default to news as opposed to going straight to my inbox then make it easier to default back to my inbox. I don’t want to see the news on my email! Terrible decision!

  6. Stop using Fox - known liars (fined accordingly - and YOU know that).

    Using Fox as a source says a LOT about AOL corporate decision-makers, and what it says isn't good.

    Pandering to your most gullible readers isn't ethical, but it is revealing.

    Striving to become an untrusted media source is bad business, and bad for the country.

  7. Please allow the user to choose to go directly to their email without going to news.

    The recent change to force users to look at news is upsetting to those of us who don’t wish to look at the news, which is mostly political in nature. Please at least give the option to look at mail first.

  15. Ad’s marked as offensive or not relevant by me, should not keep showing up

    I am constantly marking ad’s as offensive, not relevant, etc., and yet they keep coming up. Why would you continue to force an advertisement on me that I do not want to see?? Because of this, I am slowly changing everything that I get in my AOL to other email addresses and will only use AOL for old emails I can’t afford to lose or transfer.

  16. I don’t want to open the app and see YOUR one sided news.

    I have noticed in the last few weeks that instead of allowing us to click on Mail as we used to, we are automatically taken to your news. Since this is an ejection year, your decision to do this is obvious. And I’m not the only one annoyed as the moment I typed in my feedback, other complaints came up. I’m sure that most of us ignore your news anyway because we receive ours from any direct but AOL. Just give me my mail, and should I decide to look at your “news” I will but please reflect my intelligence…

  17. Spam designation meaningless. I get repeat Spam from senders I’ve already designated as such.

    No matter how many times I designate a sender as Spam their emails continue to show up in my inbox. Your Spam filters and service are not working.
